Can you do the Atkins diet and not excersie and still lose weight? - atkins feeling hot

My friend told me that if you continue to practice while on the diet, low in carbohydrates take longer for me to see the results. It's like starting the Atkins diet, do diet for about 1-2 months before beginning an exercise program result in faster results, then start training computer. is that true?

Not if you do not exercise to lose a good amount of weight. Diet with weights and cardio. No long distance is working well. Sprint, if you want to lose weight.
